At Cognative MTB®, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance mountain bike gear. If your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the gear at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your exchange.
